Create an event with all the details — name, date, venue location, expected attendance, total budget, and artist budget. You can start building your lineup before the venue partnership is confirmed.
Send a partnership request to your chosen venue. The venue reviews your event details and approves or proposes changes via the governance workflow. Once accepted, you're official.
Invite artists to specific slots on your lineup. Set the performance time, duration, load-in, sound check, fee, and whether the fee is negotiable. Artists accept, decline, or counter-offer directly.
